Hanway Commercial have successfully negotiated a rent review for our client Goldstar Heathrow Ltd. The landlord originally sought an increase of over 35% in the current passing rent and following our negotiations a relatively small increase of approximately 10% has been agreed, resulting in significant savings for our client over the next 5 years.
