What we do

  • Develop Investment Strategy – We start with developing an Asset Management Strategy which aligns with the client’s investment objectives. Understanding both the client’s property portfolio and individual investment drivers is essential to implementing a successful strategy. We review the portfolio and create a 3-5 year plan. 
  • Lease Event Management – We ensure a robust lease event management system is in place to identify and implement income enhancement opportunities through rent reviews, lease renewals, break clauses and surrenders/re-grants. 
  • Value Enhancement Strategies –  We actively seek value enhancement opportunities providing development and planning advice and implement agreed strategies in conjunction with recommended planners and architects. 
  • Managing Agents –  We instruct, review and work with Managing Agents to ensure that property/portfolio is efficiently managed. 
  • Periodic Reviews – We undertake regular appraisals to ensure objectives are being met, ascertain where capital expenditure is required and ensure investment value is maintained. 
  • Acquisition and Exit Strategies – We work with the client to ensure that an appropriate acquisition and exit strategy is established and then with our Agency team to ensure the strategy is implemented.
