We’re pleased to announce the promotion of Philip Treadwell to Director at Hanway Commercial.

Phil has been with the company since 2017 and currently leads our Commercial Valuations department. With over 20 years of experience in the field and as an RICS Registered Valuer, he plays a key role in managing and delivering valuation services for a wide range of lending facilities.

In his time at Hanway, Phil has not only overseen the continued growth of our valuations team but has also helped shape and strengthen the quality of advice we provide to our clients. His promotion reflects his deep technical knowledge, leadership skills, and significant contributions to both the team and the wider business.
