Hanway Commercial has successfully advised Monkey Puzzle Day Nurseries on their latest acquisition, marking another milestone in their expansion. This significant move involved a pre-let agreement for a new build day nursery located at the heart of the Marleigh Square development in Cambridge. Marleigh Square is a comprehensive mixed-use development, home to 1,300 new residences, 17,251 sq ft of commercial space, and a primary school with a capacity for 420 pupils.
The nursery itself boasts 3,148 sq ft of internal space, complemented by an additional 2,000 sq ft of external playground area, providing ample room for children to learn and play. Monkey Puzzle is set to take over the premises upon the completion of construction in early 2022, ready to offer top-tier childcare services in this burgeoning community.
