Disposal & Acquisition Completion, North West
Hanway Commercial were instructed to deal with the disposal of the freehold sale of Iris Software’s 15,000 sq.ft quasi-industrial/ office building situated on Martland Mill Business Park Wigan. The property was offered with full vacant possession and was sold to a local owner occupier alongside Noland Redshaw.
We have also recently acquired 3,500 sq.ft of office space on behalf of Fairstone Group Limited at The Parks Newton Le Willows. Hanway commercial carried out an extensive search of offices in the North West in locations including Birchwood, Altrincham, Knutsford and Newton Le Willows and once identifying The Parks as the best location for our client we successfully negotiated terms with the landlord who was represented by Richard Wharton at JLL.
